Desirability
A good choice for races which cannot wear most armour and thus have trouble getting resistances. However, rC++ is usually less useful than even rF+, meaning most characters will prefer a mundane robe of fire resistance, robe of resistance, or dragon armour over this. However, if you already have adequate fire resistance from other gear (or lack any of the above-mentioned body armours), this can be good to wear on an EV character. Excellent if you find it in time to explore an Ice Cave.
