Chilling Breath

Exhales a blast of frost that bypasses any armour the target may have, and may knock back airborne targets.

Chilling Breath is a monster-only breath which deals cold damage that partially ignores AC, and knocks back flying targets in a way similar to the Force Lance spell.

The following enemies may be able to cast Chilling Breath, depending on their spell set:
