A book written by the magician Lan Shi, who was preoccupied with the study and control of natural phenomena. Most of Shi's works have been lost, but those still remaining are treasured by wizards lucky (or unscrupulous) enough to get their hands on a copy.

The Book of Storms contains some low-level air magic spells.
