In 0.15, the Cloud card surrounds enemies with clouds, either fire or cold.
In 0.16, the Cloud card surrounds enemies with clouds ranging from mephitic to miasma.
History
The Cloud card was introduced in 0.15 as a repurposing alteration of the Flame card, which was eliminated. It could be found in the following decks over these two versions.
