Creeping Frost

| Calls forth freezing cold from the walls. Any enemies of the caster standing next to those walls will be frozen and will find their movements slowed. |
Creeping Frost is a monster-only spell that inflicts significant cold damage to any enemy standing next to a wall within the caster's line of sight. It also applies the Frozen status effect.
