Obviously none, although it is nowhere near as bad as the Robe of Misfortune or Folly. Unfortunately, you may find yourself stuck with it if you are trying on unknown randart chain mails. Always carry a scroll of remove curse.
History
In 0.13 this artifact will be renamed to Lear's hauberk. It will lose its negative properties and its enchantment will be raised to +27. It will also cover your head, hands and legs, making it impossible to wear boots, gloves, gauntlets, helmets or caps.
