Player use
The beam from a wand of iceblast zapped by the player is an explosion of Cold. The wand can hold at most 15 charges.
Tips and tricks
Wands of iceblast provide a powerful field attack like fireball if the monsters are not cold resistant. Don't get caught in the explosion yourself!
