Surrounds the caster with a mobile ring of highly-damaging thunderclouds.

Ring of Thunder is a monster-only spell that surrounds the user with a ring of thunder clouds, which periodically deal heavy electricity damage to creatures standing in them. Much like Ring of Flames, new clouds are constantly created around the user as they move.
