Desirability

The cloak of Starlight is usually a very competitive piece of equipment. The decent enchantment and +4 EV provide a significant boost to base defenses, and both cold and electricity resistance come in handy fairly often. The stealth hit is generally not too painful; usually you either have enough stealth that it doesn't matter, or you aren't using stealth at all. Stabbers might disagree when attempting to take out a sleeping unique, but in most cases it shouldn't be an issue.

• Prior to 0.17, the cloak had a +0 enchantment and lesser stealth penalty (Stlth-).
• Prior to 0.15 stealth penalty was -30.
