Sticky Flame Range

Launches a glob of sticky flame, covering a targeted creature with liquid fire for a short time.

Sticky Flame Range is the monster version of the Sticky Flame spell; it functions identically to the player version save for having a range of 4. Having fire resistance renders the spell's damage largely negligible, and fighting while standing or swimming in water means the ongoing flames will automatically be extinguished.
