Aura of Brilliance affects nearby allies of the caster who have the Wizard flag on their spells. Affected creatures are more likely to cast spells, and their spells are cast as if they had 5 extra HD, resulting in more damage, higher chance of success, and so forth; however, the caster cannot move while Aura of Brilliance is active.
