Blink Allies Encircling is a monsters-only spell designed to quickly surround a target with enemies. Several allies of the caster that are within its line of sight instantly blink into random positions adjacent to the target. Creatures blinked by this spell lose their turn. These allies must be capable of blinking and not already adjacent to the target.

History
- In 0.32, this spell will blink 3-6 allies.
- Prior to 0.28, monsters could immediately act after being blinked by this spell.
- Prior to 0.26, pandemonium lords couldn't cast this spell.
- Prior to 0.16, the number of allies blinked was capped at
HD/8 + 1d(HD/4 - 1). This cap was removed due to a bug. - Prior to 0.14, all casters could blink 2-5 allies.
