The deck of transport contains four distinct cards.

Portal card

The Portal card teleports the user:

  • Level 0: Controlled only if player already has teleport control.
  • Level 1: 50% chance of blinking immediately and 50% chance of controlled teleport.
  • Level 2: random blink and controlled teleport.

If the card result indicates a controlled teleport, the player is given temporary teleport control for six turns if they don't already have teleport control.

Warp card

The Warp card causes the user to blink:

  • Level 0: Randomly.
  • Level 1: Semi-controlled.
  • Level 2: Controlled. In -cTele levels, a random blink.

Swap card

The Swap card transposes you with a random nearby monster (if there are any). If either party was caught in a net at the moment the card was drawn, the other party will become entangled if possible. (Xom thinks entangling yourself this way is hilarious.)

Velocity card

This section is about the Card. For the brand, see Velocity brand

The Velocity card has one of three effects depending on power level:

  • Level 0: casts Swiftness on you.
  • Level 1: casts Haste.
  • Level 2: casts Haste and Swiftness.

All of these use a power rating of

random2(power / 4)

i.e. a random number between 0 and ((power / 4) rounded down) - 1.

If your god is Cheibriados, she will "protect you from inadvertent hurry".
