Summon Lightning Spire is a level 4 Air/Summoning spell which summons a lightning spire.

Effect

An immobile lightning spire that shoots bolts of lightning will be placed the targetted location, within two square radius of the caster. The location must be empty, and not deep water or lava. Higher spell power makes the spire more powerful.

Hit dice of the lightning spire is <power> / 10 (but at least 1).[1]
