Having finally gotten around to playing a black draconian, I figured I'd play with this item a little, and I'm fairly certain that its suicidalness has been greatly exaggerated. I'm gonna rewrite this article once I've done some more research, but in the meantime, could someone confirm what the actual effect of Evocations on success rate is?
