I've been trying to learn this highlevel spell, in vain. You have to know it sooner or later if you want to explore the Crypt and win the rune. Even with XL=22, INT=28, [[Necromancy]]=11,8 and [[Transmutations]] 8,9 my character has got a 100% fail rate. Why the heck? Necromutation is a level 8, which means that you will need ~17 levels in Necromancy and Transmutations to be able to cast it. I've been trying to learn this highlevel spell, in vain. You have to know it sooner or later if you want to explore the Crypt and win the rune. Even with XL=22, INT=28, Necromancy=11,8 and Transmutations 8,9 my character has got a 100% fail rate. Why the heck? - You don't need that spell for the Crypt (and there isn't any rune in that place). Dispel Undead is the one you want.
