Wait, does this give you -TELE or Stasis? Not being able to blink or teleport is very different from not being able to do a controlled blink or teleport... --MoogleDan 20:17, 14 June 2013 (CEST)

You can haste yourself or be paralyzed by monsters, so it is not stasis. This spell only prevents blinking (controlled or not) or teleport. I just wrote -Tele (not -cTele) because that is how this status effect is displayed in the status area. --CommanderC 22:48, 14 June 2013 (CEST)
