It doesn't protect against that first spurt of sticky flame, no, but it prevents the MUCH more scroll-devastating fire damage over time. That status effect actually has a greatly boosted chance of scroll destruction per turn than normal fire damage. --MoogleDan (talk) 17:09, 13 December 2013 (CET)
