Obsolete: This article refers to an aspect of the game which has been removed. It is retained for historical reference only.
A novel pair of boots invented by a suitor of Arachne. |
the +3 pair of boots of the spider
+3 boots
Allows Jumping
Allows Clinging
+50 Stealth
Desirability
The boots of the spider are an excellent find, combining the stealth and jumping egos with unbeatably high defense and the ability to cling to walls (essentially a permanent, nerfed form of flight). If you have feet and don't actively avoid getting into melee range, wear these.
History
The boots of the spider were added in 0.14, and were removed in 0.15 along with the disappearance of clinging.
