Borgnjor's and Starburst
I would not consider Borgnjor's Vile Clutch to be a bolt spell as it deals no direct damage and does not use Conjurations. Its only similarity is that it uses a straight-line targeter.
However, I would consider Starburst a bolt spell, just one that fires in 8 directions. I could understand the rationale of leaving it off the list because it isn't directed, though. --spudwalt (talk) 06:05, 7 March 2022 (CET)
