Summon Vermin is a monster-only spell which summons 2-3 of the following creatures into existence[1]:

Hell rat (33.3%) - w
Swamp worm (16.6%) - F
Goliath frog (11.1%) - s
Tarantella (11.1%) - s
Jumping spider (11.1%) - s
Demonic crawler (16.6%)
The following enemies may be able to cast Summon Vermin, depending on their spell set:

Pandemonium lord (2.8% chance)
History
- Prior to 0.31, spell summoned redbacks instead of swamp worms and goliath frogs
- Prior to 0.14, the spell was able to generate rock worms.
- Summon Vermin was added in 0.13.
