Not entirely sure why they would end up in your logs, though; I'm assuming things like Orb of Destruction and Conjure Ball Lightning don't show up in logs, though I could be wrong about that. I was somewhat stupefied by finding in 014a/trunk the fulminant prisms counted in my character log as "Vanquished Creatures (others)":
A fire giant (D:22) A yaktaur captain (D:26) 2 chimeras (Abyss:1) A redback (Spider:5) 2 ugly things 5 fulminant prisms
