Exhausted is a condition you receive when a berserker rage or the spell Death's Door wears off, or after a jump attack. The exhausted status' only effect is to prevent the use of these two abilities again for its duration, though berserk and Death's Door tend to leave players in fairly precarious positions once they wear off.

Note that it works between the effects: recently having berserked will prevent you from using Death's Door, for example.
