Evoking the rod of clouds emits a cone of clouds at your target. These vary immensely in their ability to harm foes.
Possible clouds include:
- Thin mist - These clouds do no damage, and merely get in the way of other clouds.
- Negative energy - Anything caught in these clouds will take negative energy damage each turn.
