The Storm card produces some combination of the following effects, dependent on power level:
- Low tier effects: rain (creates shallow water), swiftness
- High tier effects: A short lived tornado.
Power levels:
- Power 0: gives a low tier effect
- Power 1: gives a low tier effect with a chance of a high one
- Power 2: gives both low and high tier effects
History
The Storm card was added in 0.15 to replace the the Spark card. It could be found in the following decks over these two versions.
