Launches melee attacks against multiple visible enemies, warping space into paradoxical configurations to allow one swing to be in many places. The effect is too imprecise to allow stabbing unsuspecting foes. |
Manifold Assault is a level 5 Translocations spell which allows you to attack with a melee attack from a long distance. Higher spellpower allows you to attack more targets at once, up to a maximum of four. This spell takes the same amount of time as it does to swing your melee weapon (or fists).
Strategy
Manifold Assault allows for attacking multiple targets at a distance, but not multiple times. This spell takes quite a bit of investment to cast and favors species like Gnolls who can spare the experience to both use it and still keep up with melee combat.
History
Manifold Assault will be added in 0.27.
