As such, fixedarts (those with a specific, set description) are mostly a thing of the past. - From what I've seen, all unrands are automatically identified on sight by now (the bad ones like Robe of Misfortune I'm not sure about). As such, fixedarts (those with a specific, set description) are mostly a thing of the past.
