The "special arrows" do not exist in-game, but luckily this weapon is perfectly effective without them.
Desirability
Experienced archers may prefer a highly-enchanted longbow with the vorpal brand for dealing more damage per hit and taking out heavily armour opponents, but its speed brand makes it extremely effective against low- and medium-AC targets. Overall, a highly respectable weapon.
