Desirability
The crown of Dyrovepreva combines decent AC, a boost to intelligence, and two occasionally critical intrinsics (electricity resistance and see invisible) into one handy piece of equipment. Although there are better artefact caps, this is still a better item overall than any non-artefact headgear you can acquire; definitely consider using it, even if the hunger penalty seems a little frightening.
