Radroaches are dangerous denizens of the Spider's Nest. Their Irradiate spell, similar to the player, will inflict heavy magical contamination and very high damage to foes that get within melee range.

Tips & Tricks
- While fairly bulky, softening a radroach up with any sort of ranged attack is always preferable.
- A radroach won't cast Irradiate if there are other hostile monsters next to it.
- A potion of cancellation will remove contamination.
