Desirability

Very nice for stealthy characters and still good for most others. The accuracy penalty on this ring is generally negligible.

History

In 0.14, instead of giving +4 EV and -4 accuracy, this ring will give the player a continual umbra (which itself reduces both player and monster accuracy).
