Spits a glob of sticky flame at an adjacent creature, covering it in liquid fire for a short time. It may also splash onto other nearby creatures on impact.

Sticky Flame Splash is the monster spell equivalent to the player mottled draconian's breath weapon. It was only found on monstrous mottled draconians of all varieties (including Tiamat, if she was mottled).

Sticky Flame Splash was removed in 0.20.
