Ratskin cloak

An enchantress with a magic loom and way too much time on her hands stitched this cloak from the hides of hundreds of rats, most of them orange. It's a bit awkward to wear and looks rather foolish, but it provides excellent protection from rats of all kinds.

Desirability

The ratskin cloak is not a very impressive cloak. The minor penalties to dexterity and intelligence can usually be ignored, but so can the rank of negative energy resistance. You're likely better off with a regular cloak of poison resistance, or with any of the other cloak egos, though if you find yourself in need of what the ratskin cloak offers, don't be afraid to wear it.
