Useful Info
Dart slugs are a common nuisance on the earliest Dungeon floors. They have reasonably damaging ranged attack, especially for D:1, but are slow and otherwise unremarkable.

Tips & Tricks
- For low HP species at XL 1, dart slugs can be big threats. Certain Felid starts won't even have 8 HP, meaning a dart slug can one-shot them. A good chunk of species can be two-shot. If you find a sleeping dart slug, try to avoid fighting it until you've leveled up.
- They'll constantly shoot at you as long as you are in their LOS, so crush them quickly. They are quite fragile, at least, so killing them isn't difficult.
- As with any monster with ranged attacks, ducking around a corner and waiting for them to come to you will reduce the amount of damage you take.
