Throw Flame is a monster-only spell that shoots a puff of flame at a single target in LOS.
The following enemies cast Throw Flame:

Burning bush (3d7 damage) - e
Dowan (3d5 damage) - o
Orc wizard (3d5 damage) - @
Sigmund (3d5 damage)
Players may duplicate the effect with a wand of flame.
