Desirability
With a base damage of 13 and a min delay of 0.467 once you account for the speed brand, Arga[1] isn't capable of the raw brutality of a two-handed axe, but does swing marvelously fast and allows you to wear a shield. The willpower boost is minor, but welcome. Couple it with some solid slaying sources and this cleaving weapon can be extremely effective throughout the game.
