This book contains a number of fun spells guaranteed to liven up any wizarding party, as well as a number of toasts, jokes, and party games, all written in bright colours and funny scripts. The spells in this book have been adjusted slightly so they can be sung to the tunes of popular drinking songs.

This is a fairly common book filled with invaluable low level spells.

Prior to 0.11, this book contained Projected Noise. It was replaced with Tukima's Dance after the spell was removed from the game entirely.
