Breathe Steam

The Breathe Steam ability allows the player to create clouds of scalding, obscuring steam. It can only be acquired through getting a pale draconian character to level 7.

Steam breath recharges rather quickly, and can damage any monster without fire or steam resistance (though its damage output is low). More importantly, it can be used to obscure your line of sight preventing enemies with ranged attacks from affecting you. This is very helpful when dealing with smite, hellfire, and torment-wielding enemies.
