| This spell tries to lower the metabolic rate of every creature in the caster's vicinity, slowing all those who are not resistant to cold. It bypasses magic resistance, although tougher monsters will not be slowed for as long as others. |
Metabolic Englaciation is a level 5 Hexes/Ice Magic spell that slows down all monsters in your line of sight. The duration of this effect is dependent on spell power and inversely proportional to monster HD, and is doubled for cold-blooded monsters.
History
Prior to 0.14 Metabolic Englaciation was level 6. Prior to 0.10 Metabolic Englaciation functioned as a mass Ensorcelled Hibernation.
