Orb of Electrocution was a level 7 Conjurations/Air Magic spell which hurled a crackling orb of electricity that would explode with immense force on impact.
Although it no longer exists in the game in spell form, it can still be cast by the Spark card in the Deck of destruction at power level 2 (legendary deck) or through Makhleb's Greater Destruction ability..
History
Orb of Electrocution was replaced with Chain Lightning way back in 0.1.
