Orb of Electrocution was a level 7 Conjurations/Air Magic spell which hurled a crackling orb of electricity that would explode with immense force on impact.
Although it no longer exists in the game in spell form, it can still be "cast" by:
- Drawing the Spark card from a deck of destruction at power level 2 (legendary deck)
- Makhleb's Greater Destruction ability
- Evoking a disc of storms
History
Orb of Electrocution was replaced with Chain Lightning way back in 0.1.
