Desirability
The macabre finger necklace is a mediocre amulet on its own, but the additional ring slot will very often be worth it, and it is very rare for a player to not have at least three rings they'd like to be wearing simultaneously. Just be sure to swap out for a more practical amulet if a source of mutation or paralysis should appear.

The macabre finger necklace will be added in 0.14.
