| The hide of a storm dragon, covered in extremely hard blue scales. In its raw form it does not provide much protection beyond resistance to electrical discharge, but with magical means it may be used to make excellent armour. |
Storm dragon hide is often produced when you butcher a storm dragon corpse. As the description implies, it provides electricity resistance and can be enchanted with a scroll of enchant armour to turn it into storm dragon armour.
