Desirability
The cloak of Starlight is a good source of rElec, rC+, and EV, although at the cost of 2 potential AC. The stealth hit is generally not too terrible; usually you either have enough stealth that it doesn't matter, or you aren't using stealth at all. Only stabbers might disagree. Many players are likely to still prefer a cloak of preservation if they should find one, however.
