Undeadhunter is a solidly-enchanted weapon that deals superlative damage to undead opponents. While disruption is less versatile than holy wrath (as it has no impact against demons), it can be used by demonspawn, vampires, mummies, and ghouls, and its damage output against undead opponents is far superior to a weapon of holy wrath. If you find it and are already using two-handed maces, it's a good switch for places such as the Tomb or the Crypt, or when facing down bone dragons or liches. A mundane weapon with a more universally powerful brand is likely to be better for general use, though.

Undeadhunter[1] deals superlative damage to the undead, with disruption dealing an astonishing +100% damage on average. However, actually threatening undead monsters are very rare before the extended game, consisting of bone dragons and the three liches. It shouldn't be used to fight the living, unless you are lacking another decently enchanted eveningstar or great mace.

Note that holy wrath already has a massive multiplier (+75% average), also works on demons, and can appear on one-handers. Therefore, Undeadhunter is often just unnecessary, let alone hyperspecific. However, undead and demonic players (demonspawn, vampires, mummies, and ghouls) are unable to use holy wrath, and there's no better mace for the undead infested (but demon lacking) Crypt or Tomb.
