The vampires of Crawl are a collection of undead monstrosities most notable for their ability to drain HP from living characters through their vampiricism-branded melee attacks. They also tend to have an assortment of debilitating magical abilities, though this varies from case to case.
Vampire Types
V Vampire - Fairly fragile, but occasionally their spells can be a problem.
b Vampire bat - Flimsy flapping vermin that pose no real threat.
y Vampire mosquito - Pesky undead insects that drink the careless dry.
V Vampire knight - A moderately dangerous foe in melee with a few additional spellcasting tricks.
V Vampire mage - Dangerous Necromancy specialists. Don't forget your life protection!
Unique Vampire
V Jory - The mightiest vampire, he is capable of devastating magic and can fiddle with your mind.
