(This one is an exception too. As we all know, the potential of a .6623% loss in nutrition could have destroyed the game balance.)

Potions of porridge are rare, but [[spriggan]]s start with this potion instead of [[bread ration]]s. They would be well-advised to drink it as soon as they get hungry, instead of any bread rations they find. It is lighter, but it is also far more easily destroyed.

A filling potion of sludge, high in cereal fibre.

Quaffing a potion of porridge increases your satiation level by 6,040 points. This is regardless of dietary preferences, with the one exception being that pure carnivores (ghouls, kobolds, and anything else with the Carnivore 3 mutation) receive no benefit from them whatsoever. Unlike other potions, potions of porridge are always identified on sight.

Potions of porridge are rare, but spriggans start with one instead of a bread ration.

That potion was really gluggy!

History

Potions of porridge were removed in 0.16.

Prior to 0.14, potions of porridge were not identified on sight, but could be guessed at because they would always be described as "gluggy white" or "gluggy brown" potions. Also, they only gave 6,000 nutrition (though all potions gave a base 40 nutrition at the time, making it add up to the same benefit).
