+ | :0.15 is changing how enchantments work by compressing it into a single number. Instead of +X, +Y, there will only be +X, and this will apply to both damage and accuracy. The Learn Db tells "+7 in 0.15". No hint where this should be applied. The 0.15 wiki article contains no clue about this unrandart. - BTW a history section would be nice. - 0.15 is changing how enchantments work by compressing it into a single number. Instead of +X, +Y, there will only be +X, and this will apply to both damage and accuracy.
