Tips & Tricks
- A ring of sustain attributes will protect you from the loss of intelligence. Stat zero is a concern, but brain worms are so weak you should be able to kill them long before then. Just be careful if you come across multiple brain worms at once, and prioritise them over other monsters if you're reliant on your intelligence to cast spells or if your intelligence is dangerously low.
History
- In 0.31, brain worms will return as a sewer- and Abyss-exclusive monster. They'll have Brain Bite, a new MP-draining spell.
- Brain worms were removed in 0.18.
