Demonspawn are the halfbreed inhabitants of Pandemonium. Each demonspawn has a pseudo mutation set, and some have occupations as well. The variety of demonspawn opponents you can find means traveling in areas with demonspawn requires you to be ready for a little bit of everything.

Demonspawn Mutation Sets
6 Infernal demonspawn- Fiery demonspawn who infuse their attacks with flames.
6 Gelid demonspawn- Icy demonspawn that protect themselves with their icemail
6 Putrid demonspawn- Foul-smelling demonspawn that draw strength from the corpses of the fallen.
6 Monstrous demonspawn- Bestial demonspawn who throw themselves into combat in a frenzy of claws and horns.
6 Torturous demonspawn- Spine-covered demonspawn whose injuries serve to make them stronger.
Draconian Occupations
6 Blood saint- Demonspawn that can temporarily bolster their allies and hurl wild blasts of magic at their foes.
6 Black sun- Powerful necromancers that radiate black energies.
6 Warmonger- Powerful warriors who can quash enemy spellcasters while summoning a double of themselves to fight beside them.
6 Chaos champion- Unpredictable combatants that smite opponents with chaos and can shuffle the positions of all creatures nearby.
6 Corrupter- Demonspawn that twist the flesh of their enemies and call powerful monsters from elsewhere in the dungeon.
